From our Xiamen facility, we take a creative concept through engineering drawings, a finished prototype and a production run that matches the approved sample in every door.
A window display prop sits centimeters from the glass, under retail lighting, viewed at arm's length by VM directors trained to notice seams, paint texture and color drift. Our workshop is built around that standard: FRP, metal fabrication, acrylic and woodwork run in-house, so tolerance and finish quality stay under our control — whether the client is a brand's visual merchandising team or a VM agency producing on their behalf.

Brief & Feasibility
We review your creative deck and window dimensions, flag structural or finish risks early, and confirm cost and lead time before drawings begin.
Engineering
Concept art becomes production drawings — material breakdown, internal structure, fixing method and packing logic, shared for sign-off.
Prototype
A full-finish sample photographed under retail-equivalent lighting. Paint, texture and color are approved here, not discovered at install.
Production
The run is built against the approved sample with in-line QC at each process stage. Multi-door window sets are checked as sets, not as parts.
Pack & Ship
Custom crating per door, labeled to your rollout schedule. DDP, EXW or forwarder handover — export documentation handled by us.
