VM Display Solution was founded over two decades ago in Xiamen with a single conviction: that luxury retail deserves manufacturing partners who understand both the precision of engineering and the language of brand.

What began as a small fabrication workshop has grown into a fully integrated VM manufacturer — operating four production lines, working with over 50 global brands, and delivering bespoke props and display solutions to stores across Europe, Asia, and beyond.

Our fully integrated factory operates four core production lines — FRP/fiberglass, metallic, acrylic, and wooden — handling complex, mixed-material VM props entirely in-house, from prototype through to mass production.

Specialist processes include CNC routing, full metal fabrication, spray painting, electrostatic flocking, UV metallising, and electroplating — delivering the precision surface quality that luxury retail demands.

VM Display has supported visual merchandising projects since 2004. Our team develops and manufactures custom display props, sculptural installations and retail fixtures for luxury brands and commercial environments.

 

We produce retail window displays, pop-up store installations, seasonal decorations, sculptural props, branded fixtures and product presentation elements for flagship stores, shopping malls and multi-store campaigns.

Our in-house capabilities cover fiberglass, metal, acrylic, wood, composite materials, woven structures and selected textile or paper-based decorations. Materials are selected according to appearance, structure, budget and installation requirements.

Yes. We can translate sketches, reference images or campaign artwork into 3D models, technical drawings, material specifications, prototypes and production-ready structures.

Yes. Material samples, finish samples, scaled prototypes or full-size prototypes can be prepared when required. The appropriate approval process depends on the project’s complexity, quantity and schedule.

Yes. We support coordinated production for regional and international store rollouts. Components can be organized by location, labeled for installation and packaged according to each store’s delivery requirements.

Our project, engineering and production teams review materials, dimensions, surface finishes, structural details and assembly requirements throughout production. Key components can also be pre-assembled and inspected before packing.

Yes. We provide export packaging, international delivery coordination, assembly instructions and remote installation guidance. On-site installation support can be discussed according to the project location and scope.
