What we make

An orbit of floating gift boxes, a sculpted acrylic spiral and layered frame vitrines for the Maison's festive jewellery windows.

For its Holiday 2024 windows, Bvlgari needed display structures that could hold high jewellery at the centre of the composition while the props themselves stayed light, precise and unmistakably festive.
The programme ran to more than 50 sets across several window formats, so every curve, finish and colour had to match the approved sample from the first set to the last.
The centrepiece is a pair of gold orbits circling a necklace bust, with signature gift boxes suspended at shifting angles along each ring. Some boxes stay closed, others open to present a ring or a pair of earrings, so the jewellery appears to emerge from the gift itself.
Two companion pieces extend the language: a clear acrylic spiral that wraps the bust in fine lines of light, and layered frame vitrines that draw the eye inward through a warm amber lining.

Gift boxes in orbit around the jewel. A festive window where the gift itself becomes the setting.
View– Orbit structure: formed steel in a continuous spiral, finished in metallic gold
– Gift boxes: display replicas with timber cores, wrapped in fabric to match the signature box
– Spiral display: clear acrylic segments with polished gold metal components
– Frame vitrines: layered timber frames with an amber-toned lining
– Fixings: concealed hardware throughout, invisible from the front of the window
Continuous Orbit
Each orbit is shaped as a single unbroken spiral, formed against a dedicated jig so every set holds exactly the same curve.
Replica Gift Boxes
The boxes are built and wrapped by hand to match the proportions, colour and texture of the signature packaging, and hold their shape under window lighting through the full season.
Floating Effect
Every box is fixed from behind with concealed hardware, so from the street the boxes read as suspended in mid-air.
Development began with a design render and a series of physical samples, refining the box colour, spacing and angles until the composition was approved.
In production, the orbits were formed and finished in gold, while the replica boxes were wrapped by hand and fitted with concealed fixings. The acrylic spirals and frame vitrines were built in parallel, each finished against its own master sample.
Before packing, every set was assembled and checked as a complete piece, then packed together so each window could be installed consistently.

More than 50 sets were delivered for Bvlgari’s Holiday 2024 boutique windows, each packed as a complete set and ready for installation.
In the window, the structures recede and the jewels lead: gift boxes circling a necklace, a spiral of light around the bust, and frames that pull the eye toward the pieces at the centre.

A structured workflow that keeps the brand in control from brief to delivery.
References, dimensions, quantity and finish confirmed up front.
Full renders and technical drawings shared for client sign-off before any physical work.
A single sample is produced and documented for feedback and approval.
Approved units manufactured, quality-checked and flat-packed for shipping.
