It holds automotive polyurethane and 2K paint coatings with excellent long-term adhesion — far superior to wood or foam alternatives.

Yes — we apply automotive-grade 2K polyurethane topcoat or metallic car lacquer with primer and filler coats in between, which is suitable for indoor and outdoor display for around 3 years. We can match any RAL, Pantone, or custom brand colour, and achieve effects including solid gloss, metallic flake, pearl, candy coat, and matte satin.

When correctly prepared and top-coated with a UV-resistant automotive clear lacquer, the finish is highly durable for both indoor retail environments and short-term outdoor installations. FRP itself does not warp or absorb moisture, and the multi-layer paint system — primer, colour coat, clear coat — provides impact resistance and UV stability. For long-term outdoor use, we recommend additional UV-resistant varnish and periodic maintenance.

Lead time for a bespoke FRP animal sculpture — from approved 3D design to finished painted piece — is typically 25-30 days, depending on complexity, scale, and quantity. There is no strict MOQ; we produce single hero pieces for flagship windows as well as batch runs of 50+ identical props for global rollouts. A 3D model or reference image is required to begin tooling and quoting.

In addition to automotive spray painting, we offer UV vacuum metallising for a chrome-mirror or gold-plated effect, electrostatic flocking for a velvet texture, decal and logo application, embedded LED lighting, and mixed-material assembly (metal armatures, acrylic inserts).
