Pop-Up Display Production

The launch date doesn't move. Neither do we.

VM Display Solution manufactures pop-up displays and temporary retail structures — pop-up store buildouts, podiums and counters, touring display kits and statement props for brand activations. Every project is flat-pack engineered, fully dry-assembled in our factory before crating, and shipped with numbered parts and an install manual.

A pop-up lives on someone else's calendar: the mall handover, the launch event, the first day of the campaign. Retail marketing teams don't get extensions, so our process is built backwards from your opening date — structural engineering that installs overnight with hand tools, finishes that survive a multi-city tour, and a full pre-build in our workshop so nothing is discovered for the first time on site.

Materials & Craft

Engineered light. Finished to be touched.

Pop-up structures have to be light enough to ship, strong enough for a crowd, and finished for hands rather than glass. We run every process in-house — with fire-rated boards and finishes available where mall or airport regulations require them.

How a Pop-Up Project Runs

T–8 Weeks

Brief & Site Rules

We work from your creative deck, floor plan and the venue's fit-out handbook — mall, department store or airport — and confirm cost and lead time against your opening date.

T–7 Weeks

Flat-Pack Engineering

Every structure is broken into panels and modules sized for freight and doorways, with concealed joinery, pre-fitted cabling and load calculations documented for landlord approval.

T–6 Weeks

Prototype & Sign-off

Finish samples and a first-article unit approved before the run — color, texture and hardware confirmed under retail-equivalent lighting.

T–5 Weeks

Production

The full kit is built with in-line QC at every process stage, against the approved sample and the venue's material requirements.

T–2 Weeks

Factory Dry Assembly

The complete pop-up is erected once in our workshop, photographed, then broken down for crating — so nothing is discovered for the first time on site.

T–0 · Opening Night

Ship & Install Support

Numbered components, illustrated install manual, crate-by-crate packing lists, and remote support for your install crew on opening night.

Pop-Up Display FAQs

What is the typical lead time for a pop-up display project?

A podium or counter set typically runs 3–4 weeks from approved drawings; a full pop-up store buildout runs 5–8 weeks including factory dry assembly. We plan production backwards from your venue handover date.

Can the same pop-up be reused across multiple cities?

Yes — touring kits are engineered for repeated assembly, with joinery and finishes rated for multiple teardowns and road cases or crates designed per component. Most kits tour 4–6 stops without refurbishment.

Can you meet mall and airport fire-safety requirements?

Yes. We build with fire-rated boards, fabrics and finishes where the venue requires them, and supply the material test reports and certificates your landlord or airport operator needs for fit-out approval.

Who installs the pop-up on site?

Your local crew or agency installs it — every kit ships with numbered components, an illustrated install manual and crate-by-crate packing lists, and our project team is available remotely during install, across time zones.

Do you work with event and brand-experience agencies?

Yes — a large share of our pop-up work is produced for agencies and design studios, built to their drawings and budget and delivered under their name. Confidentiality is standard practice.

Which regions do you deliver to?

We ship pop-up displays to 40+ countries, primarily Europe, North America and the Middle East, under DDP, DAP or EXW terms with export documentation handled in-house.
