Lightweight Acrylic Candy Props with Glitter Finishes
The candy canes, lollipops and Christmas bells were produced from plastic acrylic rather than fiberglass to support the project’s short production schedule. Acrylic sheets were heated, softened and formed over custom wooden molds to create the required three-dimensional shapes.
After forming, the edges were cut and polished to produce a smooth finish. Automotive-style spray paint, vivid colors and decorative glitter were then applied to create a premium festive appearance under retail lighting.
Metal bases support the freestanding decorations inside the store window. The molding, acrylic forming, polishing, painting and final assembly were coordinated through our custom display props manufacturing process.
