Advantages:

  2. Huge Vacuum Electroplating Furnace-Height to 220cm, Width to 160cm
  3. Customized in any shapes and huge sizes of Fiberglass props
  4. Different colors plating are available: Gold, Red, Green, Blue, Silver, Pink ETC. color mixing

 

Processing:

  • 1.Equal Scale 3D Printed Models (from 40cm to 210cm height)
  • 2.Open mould according to 3D printings
  • 3.Make out item, polish and primers to keep perfect smooth touching finish
  • 4.Primer layer and UV baking to add strength on finish
  • 5.Go into Vacuum for Electroplating around 1 hour
  • 6.Add clear UV coating to protect finish for outdoor decor
  • 7.Do Inspection and pack them into wooden boxes
  • 8.Directly shipping out from our factory to each store
